Wayne State University (WSU) made a commitment to Detroit’s future by bringing students closer to the city’s core by locating its new Mike Ilitch School of Business in the District Detroit. A variety of multi-functional interior spaces plays host to local business community events ranging from round table discussions to innovative seminars and formal product launches. The ground floor features an executive M.B.A. suite, a two-story atrium and retail space. The rooftop terrace along Woodward Avenue allows the school to host students, alumni and friends for all kinds of events, including America’s Thanksgiving Parade and the Ford Fireworks.

IE has established a procurement storefront for WSU staff to purchase pre-approved furniture. We have a long-standing relationship with the WSU team and have completed many projects ranging from gathering halls, private offices, libraries, classrooms, lobbies, and many more areas on the 190 acre campus.
