This Professional Services Firm was ready to implement a brand new design strategy into their workspace. Over the years the client realized their old office didn't match their culture of work and the work they presently do. Not only did they decide to move to a new location to better accommodate the entire team, they also jumped at the chance to reevaluate how they worked. The goal of the new space was to create a more engaged, energized and collaborative environment.

Less than 10 percent of the office is now assigned, and even executive staff can be found working in collaborative spaces, especially within privacy booths that are outfitted with tables and TV screens for quick monitor sharing. Color coded floors help visitors and team members indicate which floor individuals are working on for the day. Free-address has not only allowed employees to work as they want to, but it has encouraged more spontaneous face-to-face interactions between members of different teams who would not have spent time together previously.
