Creating a functional, cost-effective office space

Established in 1975, The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide energy to Michigan residents in need. Thaw was looking to focus on key areas to support their business functions so they could be more productive at providing energy assistance to the families they serve. These areas included the Client Intake Area, the Business Administrative Area, the Call Center, the Community Event Space, and a Fundraising Event Space.

With these specific target areas in mind, our team set out to create a cost-effective and functional office space that had a modern aesthetic. Together, we created an amazing place where the Thaw team could collaborate with business partners, deliver utility assistance to Michigan residents, and raise funding to provide heat and electricity to low income families.
