Creating a new headquarters with room for growth

Centria Healthcare LLC moved into a new national headquarters building in Farmington Hills that would give it room to hire more employees. The new building provides space for Centria to further expand its home-based health care services that includes autism therapy and private-duty nursing.

Centria was previously headquartered in Novi, spread out among three buildings. The new space has close to 130,000 square feet of office space and will allow them to grow into additional space in the building as needed.

Being in a call center type environment, it was critical to design a space that incorporated a lot of small private meeting spaces and phone rooms that allow the employees to step away from their desks to have private conversations and phone calls. The café includes a mix of different types of seating and booths which allow team members to meet and work in the area throughout the day.
